Irish PM Varadkar: EU already made a lot of compromises, UK offered nothing

Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar recently crossed the wires saying that the EU has already made a lot of compromises and the UK had offered nothing in return for further compromises. "It is a question of what UK is willing to offer EU rather than the other way around," Varadkar added.  There was no apparent reaction to these remarks and the GBP/USD was last trading flat on the day near 1.3080.
