France's Macron, Dutch PM make progress in EU budget - Elysee

A French presidential official said on Wednesday, President Emanuel Macron and Dutch Prime Minister (PM) Mark Rutte made some progress on the talks over the European Union budget and recovery fund in the Netherlands, as cited by the French daily Elysee.
